Since 2015, SPAP has carried out 3 + 2 undergraduate programs with Florida State University and University of Illinois at Chicago. Junior undergraduate students can apply for the program and go to foreign universities in theirforth year for further study. In the following year,they can continuously attend foreignuniversity’s MPA program and students who meet the degree requirements can obtain the MPA degree of the University.
